Send us your tech pack, a reference sample, or a plain written brief. We'll review it, ask any clarifying questions, and come back with a clear production plan, timeline, and pricing.
We produce a sample before any bulk order is committed. You review, fit-check, and approve. We make any revisions you need. Bulk production begins only after your sign-off.
Your order moves to the production floor on an agreed schedule. We'll keep you informed at key milestones — you're not left waiting for news with no visibility.
Quality is checked at the cutting, stitching, and finishing stages — not just at the end. Issues are caught and corrected in line, not after the order is packed.
Finished goods go through a final AQL-based inspection. Measurements, stitch density, seam strength, and finish are checked against your spec sheet. Packing follows your specifications — labels, poly-bags, boxes, cartons.
We coordinate with your logistics provider or handle dispatch as agreed. Shipping terms are flexible — we'll discuss what works for your supply chain. Our proximity to Mundra Port (~90 mins) makes export dispatch especially efficient.
2–3 weeks from requirement confirmation. We'll flag anything that might affect this before you commit.
60–90 days from sample approval. Varies by product type and order size — we'll be upfront with you.
